Supplier conditions apply
If you purchase a cruise or related travel from a supplier, cancellation charges, deadlines, and refund eligibility are governed by that supplier’s applicable terms and your specific fare. Obtain these conditions in writing before making payment.
No refund guarantees
We do not promise penalty-free cancellations, guaranteed refunds, or a fixed refund processing time. Promotional, nonrefundable, and third-party travel arrangements may have different conditions.
Changes and assistance

Travel insurance
Insurance coverage is governed by the insurer’s policy, exclusions, and claim requirements. Purchasing insurance does not guarantee reimbursement. Review policy documentation carefully.
